BUNGALOWS, APARTMENTS
Operated from the beginning of May till the end of September. In July and August, they are to be used exclusively by couples and families with children. Out of the season, they may be used for accommodation of assembly teams, construction workers, and so on.
6-bed bungalows
consist of two residential rooms, bathroom, toilet, and outdoor terrace. Kitchens with the size of 14.7 m2 are equipped with kitchen cabinets including kitchen utensils, fridge, double electric cooker, microwave oven, and kettle. Two divan beds are situated in each kitchen.Rooms with the size of 21.6 m2 are furnished with two bunk beds and furniture. You can enjoy summer evenings on the terrace with the size of 12 m2 furnished with a garden sitting furniture.
4-bed apartments
consist of a daily room (18 m2) including kitchen cabinets with the basic kitchen utensils, fridge, double electric cooker, microwave oven, and kettle. There is a kitchen table with chairs in the room. There is also a sanitary room with the toilet, shower cubicle, and washbasin on the ground floor. Two separate bedrooms (2 x 9 m2), each with two divan beds and furniture for storing clothes and personal items, are in the residential attic. There is a terrace (15 m2) with a summer sitting furniture in front of the building.
4-bed bungalow Type A
has three rooms, a bathroom including toilet with a shower cubicle and a washbasin. There are two divan beds and furniture in one bedroom (6.2 m2) and a bunk bed with furniture in the other bedroom (5.7 m2). The daily room is linked with the kitchen (17.2 m2) in which kitchen cabinets are located with basic kitchen utensils, fridge, double cooker, microwave oven, kettle, and a kitchen table with chairs. A covered terrace with the size of 6 m2 furnished with a garden sitting furniture is in front of the building.
4-bed bungalow Type B
has a bedroom with the size of 8 m2 with two bunk beds; kitchen with the size of 10 m2 in which kitchen cabinets are located with basic kitchen utensils, fridge, double cooker, microwave oven, kettle, and a corner bench with a table; bathroom with the size of 5 m2 – shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet; terrace with the size of 12 m2 with an outdoor sitting furniture.
