1. The swimming pool site is open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM.

2. The pools are operated in terms of the operation schedule for water release and running.

3. The swimming pool site can be accessed with a valid ticket only. Every visitor who buys a ticket and enters the swimming pool site shall respect the provisions hereof.

4. Every visitor shall keep his/her ticket.

1. The swimming pool site shall not be accessed by persons suffering from fever, conjunctivitis, infectious diseases or disgusting illnesses, intestinal disease carriers, persons in quarantine, and persons under the influence of alcohol.

2. Those visitors who fail to disclose illnesses as specified in the previous paragraph or whose behaviour is unacceptable or disturbing in any other way will be expelled from the swimming pool site with no title to returning the ticket price. If such visitor fails to leave the swimming pool site upon request, employees of the facility shall march him/her out or ask police for an intervention.

1. Visitors can change their clothes in changing cubicles – changing rooms at the children’s pool and swimming pool.

2. MARGITA-ILONA, s.r.o. bear responsibility for items stored in the safety lockers only. If there is no free safety locker, you can store your valuable items at the camping reception free of charge.

3. Visitors shall have clean swimming suits.

4. Visitors shall follow the general hygienic rules and their behaviour shall not be disturbing for other visitors.

5. Visitors shall follow the instructions of lifeguards and dedicated employees of MARGITA-ILONA. If, despite a warning, a visitor breaches the visiting rules or fails to obey the staff instructions, he/she will be expelled without returning the ticket price.

6. Children younger than 12 years may access the site with an accompanying person older than 18 years only. Such accompanying person is responsible for the child during the entire stay in the swimming pool site.

7. In the event of an unfavourable weather (storm, hail, strong wind), the visitors shall leave the pools and the swimming pool site due to safety reasons.

8. In their own interest, the visitors are required to be careful when walking on wet surfaces around the pools. MARGITA-ILONA, s.r.o. shall not be liable for potential injuries.

9. The water attractions (water chutes, water slide) may be used for their dedicated purposes only. Such facilities shall be used on the visitors’ own responsibility only.

10. MARGITA-ILONA, s.r.o. may make pictures or audiovisual records in the site. While doing so, the eligible interests of data subjects shall be taken into account and intervention in their privacy shall be as low as possible.

11. The last entry to the swimming pool site is 50 minutes before the end of the opening hours at latest.

1. Conduct in the way getting the safety and order at risk and disturb the rest of other people by noise.

2. Jump in water.

3. Scream without a serious reason.

4. Duck each other, throw other people in water, run on the edge of a swimming pool.

5. Move beyond the delimited areas.

6. Neglect accompanying person’s surveillance over the children younger than 6 years.

7. Put items made of glass near the swimming pools.

8. Drink, eat, and smoke in areas around the pools.

9. Wear shoes in areas around the pools.

10. Bring dogs and other animals in the swimming pool site.

11. Play ball games outside the dedicated areas.

12. Non-swimmers are not allowed to enter the areas where the water depth exceeds their body height.

13. It is strictly forbidden to enter the pools and water attactions under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
