TERMS OF ACCOMMODATION
1. The price of your stay includes:
a) accommodation price (to be paid in advance by means of a money order or wire transfer)
b) parking price (to be paid at the reception during check-in)
c) municipal accommodation tax (to be paid at the reception during check-in)
You may not start your stay in the recreational facility Margita - Ilona unless you pay the accommodation price and submit your voucher at the reception of the recreational facility.
The accommodation voucher for your stay in the recreational facility becomes valid upon the payment.
2. If MARGITA-ILONA, s.r.o. Levice does not receive the payment within the due date for your stay or your statement regarding a changed due date, your recreation order will be cancelled.
3. Stays during the main tourist season (July, August) start on Saturday (or Sunday) at 2 PM and end on the next Saturday (or Sunday) at 10 AM; at this time the accommodation facility shall be emptied and handed over. If the accommodation facilities are not booked for a whole week, they can be provided for shorter periods too. Out of the main tourist season (May, June, September), the dates of recreations can be agreed individually upon an agreement and requirements of customers.
4. Apartments, bungalows, and cabins are not available before 2 PM. The swimming pool site can be accessed on the very first day of your stay even before your check-in at 2 PM; the swimming pool site can also be used the whole day of your departure even after leaving your accommodation facility to be handed over before 10 AM. The swimming pool site cannot be used the whole day of your arrival and departure unless you are staying in an apartment or bungalow or cabin.
5. If you stay in your own tent or caravan or camper trailer, you shall pay directly at the reception during check-in. Such stays need not be booked in advance and their durations are optional.
6. Apart from family recreations and stays of supervised pupils or students, groups of young people cannot be accommodated in our facility unless they have the so-called Certificate of Reliability which can be obtained under the following terms:
- when booking your stay and confirming free capacity by the provider of accommodation, you shall send a nominal list of participants to the stay including their contact details via e-mail in advance,
- pay the accommodation price in advance,
- pay a deposit for your stay in advance in the sum of EUR 20.00/person,
- during the stay, the accommodated guests shall follow all the rules and instructions applicable in the swimming pool and camping sites. In this instance, keeping the silent hours and no music reproduction in the camping site even beyond the silent hours are of particular importance. If such a group is warned more than once, the deposit will be retained and the stay will be cancelled with no title to returning the paid sum for the stay.
7. The rule of no disturbing and noisy music production during the day and night is valid throughout the camping site.
8. During check-in, a reception clerk hands over an apartment or bungalow or cabin to a customer in writing by means of a record of inventory handover; the consequent takeover at the end of such stay shall be done in the same manner. If the indoor furniture or other equipment of the building is damaged, the customer shall pay for such damage in terms of the stocktaking price list. The aforesaid rule shall apply to damages caused by a customer or his/her children or his/her pet (dog, cat) accommodated in the building together with the customer.
9. Cancellation policy when you cancel your stay:
- 10% of the recreation price - 29 to 35 days before your check-in
- 30% of the recreation price - 22 to 28 days before your check-in
- 50% of the recreation price - 15 to 21 days before your check-in
- 75% of the recreation price - 8 to 14 days before your check-in
- 100% of the recreation price - 7 to 0 days before your check-in
10. At the occurrence of extraordinary circumstances, MARGITA-ILONA, s.r.o. is allowed to change the dates and price of your stay or to cancel your stay. MARGITA-ILONA, s.r.o. shall inform their customers of every change immediately.
If, due to the aforementioned reasons, your stay is cancelled, MARGITA-ILONA, s.r.o. shall send the whole paid sum back to the customer.
